SAN FRANCISCO — Bite CEO Andy Cunningham has made additions to the firm’s management as it attempts to reposition itself as a marketing services agency.

Victoria Graham, previously SVP of operations in North America, is now in the newly- created role of chief of staff and Steven Brewster, former SVP of marketing for North America, is SVP of global marketing.

Andy Steen, formerly culture and communications director at Rearden Commerce, joined Bite last month as SVP of internal comms to drive Bite’s new positioning within its 15 global offices. She is also building an internal comms offering for clients.

Leon Hunt took over as the agency’s CFO earlier this month, as previously reported. Under his leadership, it is believed Bite is to eliminate its geography-based P&L model to make it easier for marketing capabilities to be shared across offices.

Bite announced its repositioning in November 2012 when merging with Bourne to boost its digital capabilities.

The leadership changes reflect Cunningham’s bent towards hiring former staffers. Steen, Brewster and Hunt have all previously worked for the Silicon Valley PR veteran.
