JOHNSTON, RI—Commercial property insurer FM Global is reviewing its lengthy relationship with Ogilvy PR.

The insurance company, which focuses on loss prevention in the property sector, has worked with Ogilvy PR for several years. It is understood that a number of proposals from rival US-based agencies are being reviewed.

Ogilvy PR also handles markets outside the US, but these are not thought to be under review. In 2010, the company began working with corporate boutique Sermelo in the UK.

FM Global's clients include a third of the Fortune 100. Long-term partners include Caterpillar, Gannett, Emerson Electric, GlaxoSmithKline, Hasbro and Major League Baseball.

Given its focus, the company's PR mandate is geared towards B2B activity, along with executive communications. FM Global PR manager and assistant VP Steve Zenofsky noted that the company "does not publicly share information about our suppliers, vendors or consultants."
