We’re looking for an experienced comms consultant with experience running PR-led, integrated campaigns, and a strong management style. The new hire will join our management and mentor team, helping to shape the agency for the future and grow the capabilities of the wider team.  Our client portfolio includes the likes of Nike, Facebook, Whatsapp, Heineken, EDB, NUS, Manulife, Durex, and Burger King to name a few.

The right candidates will join our team of 42, and will be the force behind a mix of integrated, content-driven, social and traditional communications campaigns, balanced with new business and team coaching.  

We are looking to appoint a consultant with 8-12+ years of agency experience (this could be PR, digital, creative - or in a perfect world a mix), and the following skills:

• you work closely with your team to help crack challenging briefs with a creative campaign approach, on time and on budget
• foster the growth of your team through motivation and coaching, supporting them to deliver their A-game
• a natural storyteller, skilled at bringing campaigns to life through mediums beyond the press release - such as film, events, digital
• business acumen - you quickly grasp your clients' positioning and business objectives, and work creatively with your team to interpret and package them to engage stakeholders
• lead and drive campaigns in partnership with the client - you're not afraid to challenge and problem-solve to create excellent work that resonates with the TA
• the lead contact for your clients, providing timely updates to ensure they are fully aware of the team's output
• skilled at (and enjoy) developing proposals and pitching to new clients
• despite your experience, you're on a constant quest to up-skill yourself, and you enjoy sharing what you learn with the team
• collaborative but know when to carry the baton for your team
• a trend hunter. You find and share inspiring work
• hold the bar high and own the delivery of outstanding results
