THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Account Supervisor who is excited to support the organic growth and success of a large oncology franchise for a marquee client that has become a cornerstone of the agency.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to be part of a cross-franchise team that partners with other Omnicom agencies to collectively uplevel results for this client. You'll have the opportunity to support and drive a variety of program elements including unbranded disease awareness campaigns, unbranded activations, data communications, regulatory milestones, and medical meetings. You will have a hand in projects that support the client’s priority brands that have the potential to make a significant difference in people’s lives as well as be the driver and orchestrator of franchise-wide milestones that require collaboration and communication across the whole team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead integrated team members in effectively managing programs, ensuring that all program objectives are understood and executed
Continually seek to evolve your knowledge of your specialty, client’s business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends
Attend and lead client meetings
Counsel clients on strategic direction of program/account
Draft and/or review key client reports, correspondence, materials and oversee all referencing and review processes; ensure process excellence
Partner with team to manage account budget and conduct client budget conversations for brand
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
4+ years of Healthcare / Pharma PR experience in a communications agency; oncology experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
An understanding of FDA rules and regulations as well as the MLR review process is a must
Proficiency with Veeva or Aprimo (or similar platform)
Experience managing timelines and execution of integrated communications campaigns
Proven track record in client service, media strategy development & execution, creativity, and client presentations/pitches

The anticipated salary range for this position is ($75,000-$90,000). Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
