Fearless? Expert problem solver? Data-minded? Creative and Resourceful? Passionate about healthcare? This role is for you. We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to join our New York Digital Healthcare team.
The AS, Paid Partnerships, Healthcare is responsible for leading paid partnership across our healthcare practice. This person will strategically recommend opportunities based on their relationships and knowledge of the healthcare space across consumer, patient and HCP outlets and communities. They will oversee the identification, communication, execution, and reporting of these partnerships. Other responsibilities include building and managing client relationships and proactively identifying emerging areas of expansion.


    • Execute and optimize healthcare focused paid partnership campaigns with fluid budget and aggressive back end goals.
    • Understanding of the healthcare space and can determine optimal partner/strategy for client goals, and negotiate rates.
    • Shares responsibility reporting and helps drive forward-thinking strategy.
    • Exhibit a solid understanding of key client information including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace.
    • Understanding of healthcare partnership strategy and ability to provide recommendations to ensure content resonates with target audiences.


    • At least 6 years of experience in the digital healthcare industry
    • Experience working with healthcare, OTC and pharmaceutical brands
    • Past experience working on both patient and HCP campaigns, branded and unbranded a plus
    • ·You possess an in-depth knowledge of performance metrics and the ability to spot trends
    • Strong organization, managing time effectively, attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously and a bulldog mentality
    • A proven track record of working closely with other subject matter experts within core digital channels and communication
    • Experience leading and managing others
    • Agency experience preferred
    • Strong negotiation skills with outside partners
    • Deep knowledge of healthcare and pharma landscape, and nuances in regards to partnerships and niche communities
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with an eye for detail and collaborating with team members to execute and following through
