Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead new business opportunities of the healthcare marketplace and business practices. Aid in the new business process including idea contribution, research, and proposal preparation and pitches.
  • Current knowledge of the challenges facing the pharma industry in general.
  • Demonstrating independence and autonomy with respect to their responsibilities and must exhibit a deep understanding of the clients, their industry, the account, and the agency.
  • Contribute to the creation of communications plans that meet client objectives. Showcase a command of both digital and traditional communication practices and strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence.
  • Build relationship with clients and colleague at all levels.
  • A passion for ideas and moving pharma clients forward into new avenues of thinking.
  • Lead team and provide team support to ensure client plans are successfully delivered and tactics are completed in a timely and financially efficient manner.
  • Lead program management staff and extended cross functional team to ensure process is in place and supported to deliver tactics. Ensure clients -specific policies and procedures are followed and specific compliance LLYC guidelines and Ethics Code.
  • Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content.
  • Mentor junior team members, as needed to ensure team growth and motivation. Support cross-company collaboration by identifying needs and appropriated resources as needed to enhance business and services offerings.

 

What we need about you...

 

  • Must have at least ten years of relevant experience publics relations, with relevant healthcare agency experience or equivalent.
  • Bachelor´s Degree or higher in a related field and proven ability to manage multiple small or medium- sized projects simultaneously.
  • Have knowledge of US/Global pharma industry. 
  • History of effective client relationships and experience.
  • Should be able to develop communications plans, implement public relations tactics and impart knowledge to the team member.
  • Experience working in an integrated and managing agency teams.
  • Affinity in Latin American culture and markets.
  • Should have research writing editing and client interactions skills, presentation skills, perform well under pressure and be team player.
  • Available to travel if it is necessary.
