AMI Communications has been a force in the Czech Republic’s public relations landscape since its establishment in 1995, and has grown into the largest PR agency in the country, expanding its operations to Slovakia and Bulgaria. Last year, AMI Communications reported income of €4.8 million in the Czech Republic – 14.5% year-on-year growth – as well as growing revenues from its operations in Slovakia and Bulgaria. The agency secured new mandates from brands such as Rolls-Royce SMR, Lidl, and Generali, while continuing to serve long-term clients including Prague Airport and J&T Banka.

AMI's standout work last year included the Zálohujme.cz campaign, which promotes a deposit return system for plastic bottles, shifting public perception and influencing legislative discussions. The agency also repositioned Buřinka, a traditional savings bank, as an innovator in housing solutions, resulting in high levels of coverage and engagement through strategic partnerships and a focus on modern construction technologies.

The culture at AMI is characterized by collaboration and a commitment to social responsibility, with its team of nearly 70 engaging in pro bono work for initiatives such as Maltese Aid and Reading Helps.—CD
