Established in New York in 2011, independent agency Finn Partners has expanded into a major force in the EMEA region, with six owned offices in London, Paris, Munich, Frankfurt, Dublin and Abu Dhabi, alongside a strong network of affiliates. The agency blends strategic consultancy with creative execution across multiple sectors.

Finn performed strongly across Europe in 2024, with revenue growth of 16.8%, increasing EMEA revenue to $25 million. The agency’s new business win rate was impressive, adding 44 new clients across sectors including technology, healthcare, financial services, sustainability, and travel. Notable wins included ABB, Delta Airlines, Bridgestone, Orascom, and Radisson Sustainability.

The acquisition of Claudine Colin Communication, one of the most respected agencies in the European arts and culture sector, further strengthened Finn’s offering in Europe. The move added 25 experts to its Paris office and solidified its position as a leader in cultural communications, working with institutions such as the Centre Georges Pompidou, Art Basel, and Qatar Museums Authority. Another milestone was the launch of Finn Luxe, a dedicated luxury practice, leveraging the agency’s experience in high-end fashion, jewellery, hospitality, and automotive brands.

Beyond expansion, Finn delivered high-impact work that resonated globally, including the GSCC campaign to improve public favourability towards renewable energy in Europe, and the ‘Bring Kids Back’ initiative for the Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine (PFRU) which raised awareness of the 20,000 Ukrainian children abducted by Russia, resulting in 11,000 petition signatures and over 10 billion global media impressions.
The agency’s presence in the Middle East also grew significantly with the establishment of Finn Partners UAE, securing key projects such as the launch of Tabii, the Turkish government's streaming platform, and research-led campaigns for Jordan Tourism Board and Novartis.

Finn Partners’ commitment to its people is equally notable. Employees benefit from generous policies, including 41 days of annual leave, a 10% pension contribution, and wellness support. The agency also continues to lead on DEI initiatives, with 72% of its workforce and 60% of leadership positions held by women, and strong representation of ethnic minority and LGBTQ+ employees.— MPS
