Golin’s European network has gone from strength to strength, delivering stand-out creative work, significant business growth, and an unwavering commitment to innovation and inclusivity. With more than 250 employees across 20 offices in 13 countries, Golin EMEA has established itself as a powerhouse in the region, achieving nearly 20% growth in 2024 and an impressive 80% client retention rate. Key markets, including Germany, Italy, Romania, and Turkey, retained 100% of their clients, while the agency secured a 70% pitch success rate across the region, exceeding 80% in several markets.

Creativity remains at the heart of Golin’s success, with its European offices delivering some of the most awarded and impactful campaigns of the year. In Romania, the agency was named Agency of the Year for the seventh time at the Biz PR awards and won Gold at the EMEA SABRE Awards for its ‘Hunger Games’ campaign, which led to gambling being banned in 90% of Romanian counties. It also created ‘World’s Favourite Toilet,’ turning festival restrooms into same-day STI testing centres using medical drones to transport samples—tackling stigma and encouraging young people to get tested. In Sweden, Golin’s campaign with insurer Trygg Hansa updated the country’s iconic lake swimming signs to promote safety, sparking a national conversation. Meanwhile, Golin Sweden became the most awarded agency at the SPINN Awards and ranked among the country’s top 10 agencies across all disciplines.

Golin’s business performance across the region has been equally strong. Golin Germany is one of the few agencies in the country to have doubled in size over the past three years. In Italy, revenue has grown by 500% in four years, with a third office opening in Naples soon. Golin Istanbul remains the largest PR agency in Turkey, excelling in brand communications and influencer marketing, while Golin Latvia was recognised by Forbes as the fastest-growing PR agency in the Baltics. In Dubai, Golin was named PR Innovation Champion of the Year, reflecting its impact in a highly competitive market.

Beyond commercial success, Golin has prioritised culture and inclusivity, ensuring its people are at the forefront of its growth. The agency’s investment in diversity, equity, and inclusion extends across the region, with robust programmes focused on leadership development, data-driven insights, and fostering an environment where employees feel empowered. With Net Promoter Scores averaging 8.4/10, Golin has created a culture that not only attracts top talent but retains and nurtures it.—MPS
