NEW YORK — RooneyPartners has boosted its digital and content strategy offerings with two personnel moves. Jay Max, who joined RooneyPartners in 2018, has been promoted to the position of director of digital and creative strategy. In addition, Daniel Schorn has joined the agency as content strategist, after serving as a digital editor and content strategist for major financial services brands, including Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.
ANNAPOLIS — Crosby Marketing Communications has expand its team with the hiring of Brad Weisberg and Kelsi Fink. As an integration supervisor, Weisberg will manage national public health communications, social media and digital marketing programs for the US Department of Health and Human Services. Prior to joining Crosby, Weisberg held roles with FCB Health and Bliss Integrated Communication Fink joins Crosby as a senior public relations supervisor. She previously worked in the public affairs practices at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and Golin.
MINNEAPOLIS — Haberman has hired Robin Tyler Rooney to lead its account management team, serving pioneering health, wellness, food and agriculture organizations. Rooney joins from Fast Horse, where she was group director of integrated teams.

They are: Daniella Alkobi, who as a senior VP will continue to lead Marino’s nonprofit and lifestyle divisions in addition to heading the firm’s Los Angeles office; Vanessa Figueroa, who has a VP will drive the firm’s advocacy practice and continue developing high-level strategy and initiatives to service clients; Samantha Qualls, who as a VP will continue to oversee accounts and mentor team members across Marino’s cannabis practice; Patrice Rajacic, who as a senior VP will take on a wider role in growing the firm’s crisis communications offerings; and Chris Santarelli, who as a VP will expand his leading role in the firm’s real estate and finance practices.
