NEW YORK — BCW has promoted three North American senior leaders. Adam Sechrist has been named executive VP and head of earned media for BCW North America. He previously served as executive VP and head of earned media for the region’s corporate affairs practice. He will lead the region's earned media team and efforts to develop earned media talent across North America. Emily Hallford has been named executive VP and market leader of California. A 19-year veteran of the organization with a specialty in consumer marketing, Hallford is responsible for driving business growth, talent management, and ensuring operational and client service excellence in BCW’s San Francisco and Los Angeles markets. She had been executive VP and deputy market leader of California. In addition, Angelica Silverio has been promoted to North America CFO. She previously served as regional finance director of the region.

NEW YORK — Finn Partners has promoted Brianne Chai-Onn to senior partner in the corporate social responsibility & social impact group and the agency’s purpose and social impact practice. Chai-Onn (pictured) is a founding member of the CSR team and a recognized expert in sustainable development, focusing on issues such as sustainable agriculture, climate change, renewable energy and plastic pollution reduction. She also serves as the Finn representative to the UN Global Compact, of which it is a member.

NEW YORK — MikeWorldWide has hired Ryan Lilly to lead its newly rebranded healthcare practice, MWW Health. Lilly joins the agency as a senior VP and managing director of the practice in a new position. Lilly previously launched and built Matter Health, the healthcare division of Matter Communications.

NASHVILLE, TN — Leigh Lindsey has joined McNeely Brockman Public Relations as a partner in the firm. Lindsey comes to MBPR with more than 16 years of agency experience. Previously, she served as a senior VP at MP&F Strategic Communications. She specializes in developing creative strategies that bridge earned, owned and paid media, internal communications, crisis communications, events and corporate social responsibility.

NEW YORK — Mark Allen & Co. has hired J.P. Escobar as VP. Escobar brings nearly 15 years of experience to the role. He most recently ran his own firm, Escommunications as CEO. Before that, he was an account director at DiGennaro Communications, where he played a key role on the B2B strategic communications team and led some of the firm’s largest accounts.

BOSTON — Greenough has tapped Nicole Murphy to serve as its next executive VP. Murphy brings two decades of communications experience to Greenough with a focus on building PR programs and strategies for B2B and B2C technology companies. She most recently led in-house communications at Realtor.com and Symantec. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening and expanding Greenough's technology practice while supporting clients and growth across the agency.
