DENVER—GroundFloor Media has added Karla Herrera as director of strategic communications, responsible for creating and implementing communications programs for clients across a wide range of industries. Herrera previously worked in the corporate affairs practice at Edelman in Washington, DC, and New York. In addition, sister agency CenterTable has added Will Holden— most recently with FOX31 Denver and Colorado’s Own Channel 2—as director of digital strategy, and Travis Bockenstedt as a video producer.

NEW YORK—Lou Hammond Group has named John O’Hearn vice president of digital marketing. Prior to joining LHG, O’Hearn served as CEO of Chandelier Marketing and director of operations and digital marketing for CHIL, both based in South Carolina. He also spent time in California as vice president sales and marketing for CableSupply.com. 

MAHWAH, NJ—HealthStar Communications, a leading healthcare communications company, has hired Joe Tardibuono as executive vice president. Tardibuono joins from Hudson Global, an FCB Health company, where he was the head of business development and a member of the executive management team for the past 11 years. At HealthStar, he will be charged with creating a new business unit focused on promotional medical communications.
