NEW YORK — Antenna Group has named Christa Segalini the firm’s first chief client officer. In the newly created role, Segalini will develop and implement strategic initiatives for client service, programs, relationships, and retention. Most recently an Antenna Group executive VP, Segalini (pictured) will continue to serve as an executive partner for the agency’s real estate practice, while expanding her leadership to oversee client service initiatives across all Antenna ecosystems.

NEW YORK — Imre has boosted its team with two new senior leaders —Sam Ingram, senior VP of digital experience, and Hui Tang, head of marketing analytics. Ingram joins imre from Bristol Myers Squibb where he led engagement planning for worldwide customer capabilities and was responsible for the integration of the acquired Celgene lymphoma myeloid hematology portfolio into the BMS digital marketing ecosystem. Tang joins the agency from SOLVE(D) where she served as VP of marketing science and brings deep understanding across key therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, women’s health and neurology, among others.

WASHINGTON — Clyde Group has hired Cash S. Taylor as its new VP of talent and culture. Taylor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Clyde Group’s human resources department, charting the vision for the team member experience rooted in respect, diversity, and empowerment, as well as act as a steward for the agency’s culture. Before joining Clyde Group, Taylor spent several years as the chief HR officer for two mental and behavioral health care providers in Philadelphia.

TORONTO — Brian Pearl has joined National Public Relations Toronto leadership team as head of the firm’s investor relations and capital markets practice. Pearl brings experience that includes advising on IPO strategies, acting as primary contact for investors, and leading mergers and acquisitions activity. Prior to joining National, Pearl was chief operating officer for Relm Cannabis.

BOSTON & NEW YORK — LaVoieHealthScience has appointed Deboarah Plumstead as VP of health and communications. Plumstead has more than 20 years of experience that has included leading product and corporate public relations initiatives for companies in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. She most recently was VP, client navigation at Green Room Communications where she managed the strategy and execution of pre-commercial and regulatory communications, patient advocacy campaigns, and thought leadership programs.

NEW YORK — Stagwell's PRophet has hired Charlie Tulip as enterprise account executive and Kendra Lewellyn as the company's digital marketing manager. Lewellyn will drive the company's global marketing strategy across all of its digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, SEM, SEO and email campaigns. Before joining Prophet, she was the digital marketing manager at software solutions company Pedigree Technologies where she led digital marketing strategy and designed, managed, and maintained the company's websites, blog SEO/SEM, and PPC advertising programs. PRophet has also hired its first business development representative, Ian Brand. Brand will support PRophet's overall sales efforts and will advise on business strategy and planning. Before joining PRophet, Brand served as an account manager at Insight Media Labs.
