WASHINGTON — Precision has added two members to its team — Roselyn Igbani as creative director and Tim Rice as strategic communications practice director. Igbani, the agency’s first creative director, comes most recently from DDB Public Affairs. Rice most recently was BCW’s deputy global client lead for a leading bank and corporate comms leader for PNC Bank Financial Services Group.

NEW YORK —  Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Robert C. Ferris as head of the US energy and industrials practice. In this new role, Ferris will further deepen the firm’s capabilities in energy, industrials and manufacturing sectors as H+K continues its accelerated growth in the US. He most recently was chief communications officer at Axalta Coating Systems.

WASHINGTON — Subject Matter has hired Maggie Bergin to serve as senior VP for client leadership. Bergin will lead a team of 15 account directors and managers, manage client relationships and develop new business. She joins Subject Matter after more than six years with RP3 Agency, where she led integrated communications and digital campaigns for clients from real estate, healthcare and business sectors.
 
SAN FRANCISCO — Stephanie Garcia has joined W2O Group as chief people officer. Garcia has 24 years of HR and business operational experience, working most recently for Postmates, where she served as senior VP, people and civic labs, with responsibility for the entire people function.

WASHINGTON — Pyxis Partners has made a slate of new hires, bringing the seven-month old agency’s staff to 15. They are: senior advisor Bill Murat, who served for nearly 20 years as US Sen. Tammy Baldwin’s chief of staff; director Abena McAllister, an executive officer of the Maryland Democratic Party; senior associate Julia Daverne, who joins from Jazz Pharmaceuticals; health policy advisor Jeff Callis, who works with healthcare clients on advocacy, communications, and government relations strategies; and senior advisor Karen Levin, who has served in lead finance positions at top D.C. professional services firms for over 25 years.

NASHVILLE — MP&F Strategic Communications has promoted six employees from account executive to senior account executive. They are: Angela Argiro, Kirsten Grenier, Laura Haynes, Brooke Kelly, Cole Miracle and Evan Wofford.
 
LOS ANGELES — MPRM Communications has promoted Katie Jo Ash and Ellen Kuni to account supervisor. Ash has been with the agency since 2015 and oversees a wide range of theatrical, VOD and home entertainment film campaigns, as well as festivals and events. Kuni returns to MPRM after a brief hiatus with a start-up, having originally joined the agency in 2014. She leads both consumer and corporate campaigns for production companies, networks and streaming companies.
