NEW YORK — Twelvenote president Tracy Naden has been named Lippe Taylor Group’s president of North America, as which she will oversee Lippe Taylor as well as twelvenote. Elevating Naden (pictured) to the role is part of a new agency structure focused on integration, further uniting the firm’s engagement, digital, creative, media and analytics groups into portfolio teams led by client experience leaders, with client needs at the center.

NEW YORK — Ketchum has hired Conor Nash to serve as both chief financial officer and chief operating officer. In his new role, Nash will be responsible for driving growth for the firm, both operationally and financially. Nash joins Ketchum from WPP where he held a variety of commercial, operational and financial leadership roles at the holding company level and at agencies such as Ogilvy and Grey. He most recently served as Ogilvy’s COO in North America and spent the past few years focused on developing commercial and operational solutions for some of WPP's and Ogilvy’s largest and most complex clients.

WASHINGTON — FTI Consulting’s communications segment has hired Lauren Crawford Shaver to lead healthcare & life sciences for the Americas. Washington-based Crawford Shaver brings experience developing and delivering multi-stakeholder communications campaigns across nonprofit, corporate, political and government ecosystems. Before joining FTI, she led a public affairs team serving healthcare and life sciences organizations at a bipartisan government and public affairs firm.

CHICAGO — Sue Bettman is joining Brunswick Group’s Chicago office as a partner. At Brunswick, Bettman will advise clients across a range of sectors on matters including crisis, litigation, corporate governance and financial situations. She brings to Brunswick a wide range of experience in corporate governance, legal and compliance matters, crisis and reputation management and financial situations. Bettman is the former chief administrative officer and general counsel of LSC Communications. Before that, she was general counsel, corporate secretary and chief compliance officer at RR Donnelley & Sons Company.

NEW YORK — The Bliss Group has hired Ken Kerrigan as senior VP and co-leader of the firm’s professional services practice group. In this role, Kerrigan will share responsibility with Keri Toomey for spearheading public relations and communications programs for professional services clients, driving growth and overseeing strategic counsel. He brings more than 30 years of experience, including roles at Weber Shandwick, Hill & Knowlton and Edelman. For more than 10 years, he was a director on the Americas communications and marketing team at Ernst & Young.
