NEW YORK — Praytell has hired two new creative senior VPs — Brianna Bishop and Chris Newkirk. Bishop (pictured) is primarily tasked with leading the creative strategy group at the agency and spearheading creative work for Destination Canada. She most recently was a Golin creative director. Newkirk is primarily tasked with leading the agency's growing portfolio of integrated campaign work, including all creative work for a major Electrify America campaign. He also joins from Golin where he was a freelance VP creative director.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — HudsonLake has appointed Don Smialowicz as CEO. HudsonLake founder and former CEO Cynthia Hudson will focus solely on her responsibilities as chair of HudsonLake’s board of directors. Smialowicz joins HudsonLake after more than 18 years at DDC Public Affairs, where as its president and COO he oversaw the global operations of 150 employees supporting more than 300 clients.

In her new role as VP of BML, Bosisio will drive operational efficiencies, reinforce strategic programming practices, support business development and contribute fresh ideas to the boutique agency. She joins from Jolt, where she was VP of client services.
