NEW YORK—Burson-Marsteller has appointed Kyle Farnham as chair of its US consumer and brand marketing practice, responsible for building the practice’s portfolio and helping grow consumer brands. Farnham has spent the past 17 years with MSLGroup in Atlanta, the past seven years as managing director, working with clients including Abbott, Comcast, The Home Depot, Merial, Purina, RaceTrac and VF Corporation. Before MSL, Farnham was director of public relations for Mizuno USA. He began his career in New York, working at Morgen-Walke Associates, GTFH Public Relations and Taylor.

NEW YORK—Raul Damas and Hannah Stott-Bumsted are joining the Brunswick Group as partners. Damas has joined Brunswick in New York from Purdue Pharma, where he was vice president of corporate affairs and communications. Earlier, he spent seven years at Pfizer. Stott-Bumsted will join in Washington, DC, from the US Department of Health & Human Services, where she was counselor to the deputy secretary. She previously served in the office of general counsel at the Department of the Treasury.

SEATTLE—Jon Ramsey, formerly with Edelman’s technology practice, has joined APCO Worldwide’s global technology team as a director, based in Seattle. Prior to joining APCO, Ramsey counseled clients focused on cloud computing, software development and delivery, digital analytics and marketing, and health technology.

NEW YORK—Taylor has appointed Jon Resnik as chief creative officer, leading a team of more than 30 digital professionals, including planners, art directors, insights specialists, copywriters, content creators, editors, strategists, community managers and designers. Resnik joins Taylor from social media agency Big Fuel, where he was chief creative officer. He has worked with leading brands such as Burger King, Target, Firestone, Weight Watchers, and T-Mobile.

NEW YORK—Lippe Taylor, which specializes in marketing to women, has added Paul Dyer as president. Dyer joins the firm from W2O Group, where he was responsible for building the analytics and social media capabilities. His role at Lippe Taylor will focus on bringing new capabilities to the agency’s clients. He previously held positions at CarryOn Communications and MarketWire.

WASHINGTON, DC—Levick has hired Sam Huxley to chair the company’s risk and business strategy practice and serve as a strategist and advisor on company accounts. Before joining Levick, Huxley was the global lead of digital crisis for FleishmanHillard, where he served as the lead digital and social strategist for corporate, association, and consumer brand accounts. Prior to FleishmanHillard, he was responsible for creating the strategy and insights team at New Media Strategies.

GRAND RAPIDS, MI—Lambert Edwards & Associates has added Salim Bourget as director of digital strategy and Darby Wagner as associate. Bourget’s responsibilities include working with LE&A’s corporate and non-profit marketing clients to integrate digital initiatives into overall communication objectives. He previously worked at brand and marketing agencies including Reagan Marketing and Perry Ballard. Wagner was previously an LE&A intern.
