NEW YORK — After working in strategic consultant, Rebecca Binder (pictured) is joining RF|Binder as a senior managing director. Binder joins from the consulting firm Innosight, where she worked with executives on long-term growth strategies. Previously, she worked with the management consulting firm, Booz Allen Hamilton, where she led cross-functional teams in the federal practice. Binder is the daughter of RF|Binder CEO Amy Binder and the granddaughter of legendary PR man David Finn.

CHICAGO — Kris Garvey Graves has joined Finn Partners as a Chicago-based senior partner, Graves brings 25+ years of integrated consumer marketing communications knowledge and agency operations expertise to Finn’s global team.
