NEW YORK — Kite Hill has named Rachel Hadley its new president. Hadley will be based in New York and oversee international operations, finance and staffing. Hadley has nearly two decades of experience working in public relations and social media marketing. She previously served as the president of digital and social media marketing agency Likeable Media. Prior to Likeable Media, she served as the head of corporate communications at Cinnabon.

NEW YORK — FTI Consulting has appointed Colleen Hsia senior managing director and Americas head of financial services in the Strategic Communications segment. Hsia will lead a multidisciplinary team advising clients on matters of corporate reputation, public affairs, financial communications and crisis communications. Before joining FTI Consulting, she served as global head of marketing at Jane Street and spent seven years at BlackRock before that.

NEW YORK — Veteran journalist Lauren Elkies Schram has joined Marino’s real estate team as senior director. Schram brings more than two decades of reporting and 13 years of real estate expertise to Marino. Most recently, she served as deputy editor at Commercial Observer, writing commercial real estate stories for print and web, assigning and editing stories, and providing daily oversight of the website.

CLEVELAND — Dixon & Eaton has promoted four senior leaders. Corporate social responsibility practice leader Gregg LaBar has been upped to senior managing director. Senior VPs Kellie Friery and Angela Rodenhauser have been named co-leads of the firm’s investor relations practice and senior VP Karin Bonev will now oversee the agency’s change management work.
