LOS ANGELES—Ogilvy Public Relations has appointed Patricia Galea as executive vice president and Los Angeles office head, reporting to Ogilvy PR/West regional managing director Nathan Friedman. Most recently, Galea worked at Edelman as senior vice president, group head of Edelman Digital and the sector lead for its entertainment industry practice. Prior to Edelman, Galea was Disney's executive director, digital marketing and product strategy for Disney Channels Worldwide.

CHICAGO—Golin has appointed Pamela Culpepper as the agency's new chief people officer. She will lead the agency's human resources organization and oversee talent, development, performance, diversity and inclusion, recruitment and employee engagement initiatives. Culpepper joins Golin from PepsiCo, where she was most recently the company's global diversity and inclusion officer. Before her 13 years at PepsiCo, Culpepper worked for McKessonHBOC, Clorox and Wells Fargo.

NEW YORK—Lou Hammond & Associates has promoted Terence Gallagher, a 22-year veteran of the travel and lifestyle public relations firm, to president of the New York office and Gina Stouffer, who has spent 16 years with LH&A, to president of the firm’s Charleston office. In addition, Sarah Fletcher (20 years) was promoted to executive vice president and Stephen Hammond, previously president, was named chief executive.

NEW YORK—Magrino has appointed Aurora Kessler as senior vice president of travel and real estate. She previously held roles leading Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts' global communications efforts and managing Amanresorts' public relations practice in the Asia Pacific region. She was most recently managing director of Rubenstein Public Relations. In addition, Vanessa Morin joins the agency as a senior account supervisor in the travel and real estate division.
