He most recently served as a director at Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

WASHINGTON — ROKK Solutions has appointed Laura Hernandez-Smith as an account director. Hernandez-Smith most recently served as communications director for US Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) and holds degrees in journalism and public administration. Additionally, ROKK has promoted Evelyn Swan to senior account executive. Swan joined ROKK in 2021 after serving as deputy press secretary for U.S. Senator Angus King of Maine.

NEW YORK — Miranda Ganguly and Lindsay Perrault have joined Baretz+Brunelle as directors in the talent intelligence and analytics practice and NewLaw practice, respectively. Ganguly previously worked as a legal recruiter with Am Law 200 firms and boutiques. At B+B, she will advise clients on pre-hire intelligence as well as individual attorney and practice group acquisition strategies. Perrault previously held senior marketing roles at Lighthouse where she aided in the company’s transition to a private equity owned standalone. The NewLaw practice, with the new addition of Perrault, will advise law firms, legal tech companies and other legal service providers on ways to compete more effectively in the quickly transforming legal industry.
