CHICAGO — Amy Littleton (pictured) has been named a KemperLesnik executive VP and co-managing director. In her newly created role, Littleton will lead the public relations and content marketing divisions of the agency, and manage the firm with fellow executive VP and co-managing director Tom Valdiserri.  Littleton has spent roughly a decade working in her own PR agency, and has experience at Edelman, Slack and Company and General Mills.

MIAMI — Lorente & Cuenca, which serves clients in Latin America, Spain and Portugal, has added Gerard Guiu as its director of international business development.  Guiu will work with the agency’s regional leaders to help clients expanding internationally, as well as those needing brand awareness in new markets. Guiu, who is a lawyer and journalist, most recently was director of institutional relations for F.C. Barcelona in New York.

BOSTON — Agency 451 has tapped influencer marketing director Erica Gatlin and influencer marketing strategist Sarah Lapierre to lead its social influencer marketing group, Wildfire. The group is focused on using a research-based strategy to reach the highly targeted audiences necessary to generate brand awareness and boost sales, the agency said. Wildfire leverages influencers across verticals including food, beauty, lifestyle, healthcare and more.
