SAN FRANCISCO — Bospar has made two senior appointments, promoting VP Sana Javaid to head of diversity, equity and inclusion and hiring Joseph Krasinski as the agency’s first CFO. Javaid (pictured) has spent a year at Bospar, after working at Kaplow, Eff Creative and Rubenstein. Krasinski was most recently PR agency Antenna Group’s CFO.
SAN FRANCISCO — Hotwire has hired two new VPs — Tihanna Louise as VP of executive & corporate communications and Kacie Thomas as VP of media strategy. Louise has been working in public relations and marketing helping start-ups, small businesses, and non-profits in the Bay Area, following 15 years as a broadcast journalist. Thomas joins Hotwire after more than four years with WE Communications.
NASHVILLE — Finn Partners has hired Robert J. (Bob) Martineau, veteran environmental attorney and former commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC), to lead the agency’s burgeoning environment, energy and sustainability practice in the Southeast. Martineau will support the agency’s global sustainability & social impact practice, leading a team of communications strategists for clients prioritizing sustainability throughout the 11-state Southeastern region. This Nashville-based environmental practice group counsels corporations forging leadership positions in the interrelated environmental, energy, social justice and sustainability areas. He will also work with Finn’s global health practice on public and environmental health issues.
NEW YORK—IPG Dxtra, the holding company’s PR and marketing group, has hired Weber Shandwick’s Jean Lee Swagert as chief people officer. Lee Swagert, who was Weber Shandwick’s North America HR leader, will have global responsibilities for the human resource function and will drive the division’s commitment to attracting and retaining a diverse workforce. She will be succeeded at Weber Shandwick by regional HR leader Molly Roenna.
WASHINGTON — Kglobal has promoted Jon Hukill from account director to VP. In this role, he will lead client accounts in the government, military, and nonprofit sectors within the firm’s Washington office.
