NEW YORK — Kristen Kusterer has been appointed as executive creative director of Golin's New York market. Kusterer (pictured), who brings almost two decades of experience in copywriting, production and conceptual creative experience to the role, will be reporting to Dawn Langeland, president of Golin New York. Her focus will be consulting with clients and prospects on marketing to women and premium brands by bringing fresh ideas to their creative strategy. Kusterer was previously ECD for Edelman, leading the agency’s U.S. portfolio of TJX Companies, where she produced award-winning campaigns for various brands. She has also worked as a senior digital editor for Fitness Magazine and senior editor for Everyday Health.

McCarthy will lead Evoke's team of advanced media experts and work with clients to integrate their paid media and omnichannel initiatives using rich data and audience intelligence to improve the customer experience among patients and healthcare providers. McCarthy has more than 20 years of experience building and growing strategic media plans and campaigns, including in the pharma and healthcare sectors across various therapeutic categories.

Gil will lead and grow the Lorries' emerging technology practice, providing strategic counsel and oversight to US-hubbed B2B clients in sectors such as blockchain, AI, digital twin, manufacturing and more. NEW YORK — UpSpring has promoted Jana Montero to senior VP of culture, content and business development. Montero has worked with UpSpring for 11 years and will continue to act as the company's editor-in-chief, reviewing and editing internal and client-facing content. She will also lead new business prospecting and participate in client onboarding activities, as well as seek opportunities to engage with the architecture, construction and interior design industry. In her new role, Montero will focus on mentorship and training in UpSpring by identifying areas of development that will support the company's ongoing initiatives.
NEW YORK — Finn Partners has appointed Nicole Janok as the Florida regional leader, while also retaining her position as a partner in CSR & social impact. Janok will now be tasked with growing Finn's Fort Lauderdale office, which currently has over 20 team members across the state. Her appointment comes as part of Finn's expansion plans in the Southeast region, which covers Nashville, Atlanta and Florida.
WASHINGTON — Gloria Labbad has joined Invariant with almost 20 years of experience in reputation building, corporate positioning, crisis management, media relations and litigation communications. Previously, Labbad worked with FGS Global, where she was a partner and corporate counsel. Labbad has worked across a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, and retail. She will work to create communications strategies for clients navigating complex, high-stakes situations. In addition to her role as a senior advisor, Labbad will also serve as Invariant’s general counsel.
