NEW YORK — Steven Weiss has joined Rubenstein Public Relations as executive VP and group head of corporate communications. Weiss is responsible for overseeing the firm's corporate group, providing strategic oversight to the agency's B2B, finance, technology, and healthcare clients, as well as developing and guiding the overall agency business strategy and performance, employee retention, and talent acquisition and operations. Prior to joining RPR, Weiss served as VP of MWWPR Group, where he oversaw public relations and marketing for clients across the healthcare, technology, energy, and transportation industries regarding digital and social media marketing, public affairs, government relations, crisis management, and visual branding.
NEW YORK — Finn Partners has appointed Jennifer Hawkins as New York travel practice leader and managing partner, responsible for leading Finn’s 60-person team of integrated marketing and travel communications pros across the continental US. Hawkins joined Finn as managing partner, luxury travel, when her firm Hawkins International PR and affiliate agency Maverick Creative was acquired by the agency in November 2021.

Greenspan combines an extensive communication background with strategy expertise to drive large-scale transformation in big organizations. Prior to joining The Grossman Group, Greenspan was senior director of US internal communications with McDonald’s, where he led the team responsible for advancing McDonald’s core enterprise transformation across all facets of internal, executive, and franchisee / employee communications.
NEW YORK — M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment North America has expanded its senior leadership team with the addition of Nijha Diggs as senior VP. In her new role, Diggs (pictured) will oversee one of the agency’s largest beverage clients, driving campaigns, programming and events across sports, music and dance, managing a team of over 25 members of staff. She will also assume leadership of the agency’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Most recently, Diggs served as senior director of public relations for nonprofit Smile Train, which provides corrective surgery for children with cleft lips and palates.
NEW YORK — Relevance International has appointed Dane Wisher to the role of VP. In his new role, Wisher will help lead the strategy and execution of content and public relations across US and global client accounts, as well as help continue to build Relevance International’s presence among key audience and business development targets through an analytically driven approach to communications. He was, most recently, a managing director with The Berman Group.
