Previously, Potter co-founded and was president of the Application Developers Alliance and was also co-founder and president of the Digital Media Association, a policy-focused association of online media innovators.
SAN FRANCISCO—Allison+Partners has promoted chief creative officer Lisa Rosenberg, global China practice managing director David Wolf, and China managing director Jerry Zhu to partners. Prior to that, he was global digital marketing manager at the Nature Conservancy.
WASHINGTON, DC—Ambassador Paula Dobriansky, the former US Undersecretary of State for Global Affairs, and a leading diplomat and foreign policy expert, joined APCO’s international advisory council. Appointed by President George W Bush at the beginning of his administration, Dobriansky served as Undersecretary of State for Global Affairs from 2001-2009. In February 2007, as the President's special envoy to Northern Ireland, Dobriansky contributed to the devolution of power in Belfast.
