NEW YORK— Finn Partners has appointed Michael Heinley as partner and deputy and of Arielle Bernstein Pinsof as partner in the agency’s health practice. Prior to joining Finn, Heinley was vice president of corporate communication at WebMD and oversaw external and internal communications, including executive communications and thought leadership in digital health, advertising and publishing. He has also worked with Johnson & Johnson and Merck, Pinsof was previously group vice president in the health practice at Makovsky + Company.

WASHINGTON, DC—Burson-Marsteller has appointed Henry Engleka as chair of the US healthcare practice, based in Washington, DC. Prior to joining Burson-Marsteller, Engleka was senior consultant and marketing steering committee member at the John Theurer Cancer Center at Hackensack University Medical Center. Before that he was executive vice president leading the New York health and wellness practice at Porter Novelli.

NEW YORK—Global Strategy Group has hired Will Dunn as vice president, based in GSG’s New York office and working with clients on public affairs and communications campaigns. Dunn spent the past 10 years with Hill+Knowlton Strategies in London and Chicago and with Public Strategies in Washington, DC, prior to its merger with H+K. He led the firm’s work with Aon, coordinated the BNY Mellon account across six regional markets and served as a crisis counselor to Walgreens and United Airlines.

BOSTON—Cone Communications has added George Koukkos as creative director/copywriter and Ryan Raulie as creative director/art director. Koukkos has worked with brands including Dunkin' Donuts, Liberty Mutual, CVS/pharmacy, John Hancock and Zildjian. Raulie has worked on integrated campaigns for clients including GE, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Staples and the Museum of Science in partnership with Pixar.

NEW YORK—ICR has appointed Scott Tangney as managing director. Tangney will focus on the corporate, financial and professional services sectors as well as building materials and home builders. Prior to joining ICR, Tangney served as head of the financial and professional services division at Makovsky. Before that, he held roles at Publicis Dialog and LobsenzStevens.

WASHINGTON, DC—Rasky Baerlein Strategic Communications has hired Brittany Beaulieu as a vice president. NEW YORK—Spark Growth has hired Lauren Karasek to lead and expand its social media practice as executive director of social media. Before joining Spark Growth, Karasek served as the senior vice president of social media strategy at MWWPR where she led influencer relations for Tyson Foods, online eminence for Deloitte executives, and social strategy for brands from Waste Management to Keurig Green Mountain.

ANNAPOLIS, MD—Crosby Marketing Communications has added Jeffrey Koslofsky as social media manager.
