NEW YORK — Alexandra (Ali) Kavulich has been named managing director of 360PR+ New York. As managing director, Kavulich (pictured) will play a broader leadership role for the agency, overseeing clients, employee engagement and operations for 360's New York office. Kavulich will report to 360PR+ partner and EVP Victoria Renwick. Kavulich will partner with other leaders across the 360PR+ family of agencies, including Rob Bratskeir, EVP-general manager of Three Cheers, and EVP-general manager Cynthia Ricco of CRC. Prior to 360PR+, Kavulich spent time at Octagon, where she led campaigns and prestigious events for luxury brands, including Rolls-Royce Motor Cars North America.

BOSTON — Team Lewis has tapped Sam Mazzarelli to lead its Boston office. As a senior VP in the firm’s consumer practice, Mazzarelli will help drive global growth across integrated accounts. Mazzarelli will also be responsible for team mentorship, operations and business development. Mazzarelli joins Lewis after nine years as a Weber Shandwick senior VP, as which he led marketing programs for Nestlé brand portfolios including San Pellegrino, Perrier, Essentia and Toll House, among others.

SAN FRANCISCO — SutherlandGold Group has hired broadcast veteran Aditi Roy as head of content and strategy. Roy will focus on transforming the firm’s executive communications offering into a multiplatform discipline that helps CEOs develop innovative, thought-provoking stories. Roy is an Emmy Award-winning journalist with two decades of experience working for outlets including NBC News, ABC News and CNBC.

BOSTON — PAN Communications has appointed Juliana Allen as executive VP to lead the continued growth of the agency’s technology practice. In collaboration with the leadership team in PAN’s tech practice, Allen will help to hone the agency’s focus on enterprise tech, security, and cloud offerings. She also will direct a dedicated group of employees. Allen joins PAN from Walker Sands via that firm’s acquisition of March Communications where she spent more than 13 years working with clients such as Sophos, Dynatrace, AspenTech, Interxion (now a part of Digital Realty), Affectiva (now SmartEye), and Softbank's Aldebaran.

SAN FRANCISCO — Bospar has named Jennifer Tolkachev as a VP. Tolkachev brings more than 20 years of tech communications experience to Bospar. Some of her former clients include HP, Pioneer, Qualcomm, Netgear, QLogic, Conexant, Gainsight and JFrog. In addition, Tolkachev has worked in other industries such as retail/e-commerce, finance, healthcare, biotech, envirotech, education and HR, giving her the perspective and media relationships to build strong vertical programs to support sales teams and marketing efforts.

LOS ANGELES — Bubble Agency has appointed Peggy Blaze as account director based in its Los Angeles office. Blaze brings more than 20 years of B2B marketing expertise to the role. She spent nearly a decade as a member of the marketing team for Euphonix, a professional audio mixing console manufacturer. Blaze joins from InGear where she held the position of account director, managing Pro AV accounts such as Biamp, Legrand AV, and Yamaha UC over the past 12 years.
