NEW YORK — Philip Delves Broughton has joined Brunswick Group as group head of content and as a partner in New York. In this newly created position, he will be responsible for Brunswick’s global content output while also advising clients on their media and communications needs. Delves joined Brunswick as a senior advisor earlier this year and prior to that had a career as a journalist, author and advisor to senior business leaders, which included serving as a managing director and senior advisor on media and communications to the executive chairman of Banco Santander.

CHICAGO — Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Greg Carlisle as SVP, change communication and employee engagement. As a member of the US corporate affairs practice, Carlisle will work across all H+K sectors to develop strategies and execute plans that support clients to engage employees, navigate change and drive business performance. Most recently, Greg served as a senior director at Gagen MacDonald. He previously served in communications leadership roles at Sibson & Company and Hudson Highland Group.

SAN DIEGO — Kyle Porter has been elevated from president to CEO of CMW Media, an emerging markets-focused PR and creative firm. Porter (pictured) joined the company in 2017, when it was started by former CEO and founder Andrew Hard.
 
NEW YORK — Former Rubenstein VP Chris Giglio has returned to the firm as managing director. Giglio will lead the Rubenstein’s crisis management practice and report to Steven Rubenstein, the firm’s president. Most recently, Giglio was a partner at Kekst CNC.
