WASHINGTON, DC—Levick has hired former Congressman Connie Mack IV (R-Florida), who will become an executive vice president for the firm. Mack served four terms in the US House of Representatives and served as chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs' Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere. Mack will work across all practice areas including the firm's recently-reshaped advocacy and public affairs practice. He will also be leading Levick's expansion into Florida and will open a Miami office.

WASHINGTON, DC—Interel has appointed former Public Affairs Council executive and consultant Jason Jarrell to its Washington office. Jarrell will join Interel’s global practice following a four-year tenure developing and managing the international practice of the Public Affairs Council, an association for the public affairs profession with membership in all parts of the globe. Previously, Jarrell spent several years consulting to multinational corporations engaged in Russia and Eastern Europe, following an in-house international affairs role in oil and gas and a three year diplomatic posting at the American Embassy in Moscow.

NASHVILLE, TN—ReviveHealth has added Mark English as senior vice president for the agency’s health systems practice. He joins from Baylor Scott & White Health where he served as vice president of marketing and communications for the Texas system. Also joining the agency are: Elizabeth Scutchfield as talent and human resources manager; Darby Sedighan and Kelley Kaufman as vice presidents; Erica Garland as account supervisor; Maureen Iselin and Kelsea Olson as senior account executive: and Laura Wood as account executive. The additions bring the firm to 42 total employees.

SUNNYVALE, CA—Eastwick has appointed Sahana Jayaraman as vice president in its digital and content marketing group; Jun Quintana as vice president to lead the company's research and analytics group; and Dave De Jear as senior vice president, client services. In addition, Michael Kanellos has been promoted to senior vice president and takes on responsibility for Eastwick's editorial group, and Sharon Chan, who joined Eastwick from Hong Kong in 2012, has been promoted to Asia-Pacific industry lead.

BOSTON—The Castle Group has added Sheila Green as vice president of public relations. Green was previously public relations director at Boston-based Conventures, with responsibility for managing that firm’s PR division for eight years.
