LOS ANGELES—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed Monica Bouldin, a PR management executive with more than 20 years of experience, general manager of its southern California offices in Los Angeles and Irvine. Most recently, Bouldin served as executive vice president, consumer and multicultural marketing, for Edelman in Los Angeles. Prior to that she was senior vice president, consumer marketing, for Ogilvy PR Worldwide in Los Angeles.

NEW YORK—Porter Novelli has named Kate Cusick as executive vice president, global director of business development. She will be responsible for driving new and organic business growth globally. Most recently, she spent three years as partner, director of project management with ad agency Gardner Nelson & Partners in New York, leading both the business development group as well as the account management team.

NEW YORK—MWW has promoted Jackie Glick to senior vice president and Geoff Coalter to associate vice president in its consumer lifestyle technology. Since joining MWW as vice president in 2010, Glick has led many large scale brand activations, strategic partnerships and experiential events for consumer technology brands. Coalter joined MWW in 2007 and provides media relations strategy and counsel for technology, audio and automotive clients.

TAMPA—Fetching Communications, a public relations agency serving the pet and veterinary marketplace, has appointed Liz Bard Lindley as the company’s chief executive officer. Lindley joined Fetching in 2011 as the director of client services. Kristen Levine, founder of Fetching, continues to serve as the company’s president.
