CHICAGO — Alliant Credit Union has moved its public relations business to Spool.

Spool was named Alliant’s PR agency of record following a competitive review. The credit union previously worked with ICF Next.

Spool is charged with developing and elevating all consumer-facing activations and promotions with the goal of increasing brand awareness for Alliant.

“We’re incredibly excited about the multitude of opportunities represented with our partnership with Spool, said Maggie Tomasek, Alliant’s senior manager of brand communications. “My utilizing their team of knowledgeable professionals, we hope to expand recognition and understanding of the many benefits Alliant has to offer both new and current members.”

Alliant is a fully not-for-profit financial institution. It has more than 650,000 members with $15 billion in assets.
