WASHINGTON, DC—APCO Worldwide has registered as an agent to represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Center for Performance Measurement, Adaa. The Washington-based firm helped to introduce Adaa at the World Economic Forum in Davos, and will now support the organization in the US and the UK.

Following the unveiling of the Kingdom’s new data tool in Davos, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (pictured) has included Adaa experts in his traveling party as he tours foreign cities including Cairo, London, and New York to discuss Saudi Arabia’s 2030 goals, including diversification of the economy and sustainability improvements.

The National Center for Performance Measurement has developed an International Performance Hub, an interactive platform designed to track over 500 key performance indicators under 12 main pillars to ensure that its progress toward the 2030 goals is measurable. Drawing on data from the World Bank and the Organization for Economic Co-operation & Development (OECD), the hub compares data from 200 countries, and is being made available to other countries looking for more accurate comparative data.

According to APCO executive chairman Margery Kraus, the firm’s work in Davos involved helping Adaa as it met with groups including the UN Foundation and Nasdaq. The group is now working on meetings with academics, non-profits and political leaders, and APCO’s brief will also include more media relations activity introducing the hub.

Kraus said the firm was exploring the possibility of adding an office in Saudi Arabia to its existing Middle East operations in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
