ATLANTA — Arketi Group has acquired internal communications consultancy Audacity as part of a broader push to integrate workplace and marketplace communications under one platform.

Audacity founder Jason Anthoine will join Arketi as senior VP and managing director of a new practice, Arketi Inside, focused on workplace change and employee communications.

“You can’t keep the magic alive in the marketplace if you’re not creating it inside the workplace,” Anthoine said. “This isn’t about internal newsletters, digital signage, or breakroom posters—it’s about strategic change management counsel and communications that drive business results."

The move builds on Arketi’s November 2024 partnership with private equity firms Go Capital and Station Partners to create what the agency calls a premier B2B marketing and communications platform.

“Conversations with clients highlighted a real need for workplace communication expertise, which led us to Audacity and the development of Arketi Inside,” said Arketi CEO Mike Neumeier. “Today’s acquisition demonstrates Arketi’s commitment to rapidly expanding its talent, capabilities, and client value.”

Arketi said it plans to continue adding specialized firms to bolster its B2B offering.
