SHANGHAI—GolinHarris has appointed Adrian Looi (pictured) as director of digital communications in Shanghai. He will lead the agency’s digital practice in China. Looi comes to GolinHarris with more than 10 years of PR, marketing, and advertising experience in Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Taiwan. Prior to joining the agency, he worked with agencies including TBWA/DAN, Zenith Communications, and Y&R Wunderman Taiwan.
