MUMBAI—Roma Balwani, who joined Vedanta Group earlier this year as executive vice president of group communication and CSR, has been promoted to president, group communications and CSR. Balwani was previously head of corporate communications for Mahindra.

DELHI—M&C Saatchi Worldwide is strengthening its presence in India through a partnership with Delhi-based independent creative agency February, which will see the launch of a new Indian agency: M&C Saatchi February. The merged entity will offer advertising, design, digital, social, mobile, events and activation to clients including GE, Adidas, Nando's, State Bank of India and Panasonic Mobility.
