HONG KONG—The Constituency Management Group of communications holding company Interpublic has named Julia Bennett as director of talent acquisition for Asia Pacific. Bennett will be based in Hong Kong and report directly into Cameron Murray, vice president of human resources & talent, Asia Pacific for CMG, working with IPG agencies DeVries, FutureBrand, GolinHarris, Jack Morton, Octagon and Weber Shandwick. Most recently, Bennett led her own search firm out of Hong Kong.

HONG KONG—Gravitas, a mobile marketing group in Hong Kong, has launched a new subsidiary, Inspire Digital, focusing on digital engagement strategy, social media marketing and campaign analytics. Napoleon Biggs, chief strategy officer of Gravitas, will serve as the newly-appointed managing director of Inspire Digital Asia, which will start with an initial team of 15 members who are experts in integrated social and mobile strategy, responsive design, technology knowhow and business analytics.
