SINGAPORE — Adm Group has appointed Richard Murray as head of growth for its APAC business. Based in Singapore, Murray will sit on the APAC senior leadership team and will have the responsibility for driving growth and providing marketing execution services for clients. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Murray previously worked at Tag, where he held senior business development positions across its APAC business in Australia and Singapore.

MELBOURNE — Hamish Fitzsimmons is joining Icon Agency as director of strategic advisory and public affairs, leading Icon’s government and stakeholder relations practice. Formerly head of corporate affairs at the Australian Energy Council, Fitzsimmons has also been senior manager of government affairs at NAB and held senior roles in government and stakeholder relations for BUPA, after starting his career as a broadcast journalist at ABC. In his new role, he will focus on energy clients and businesses focusing on sustainability and will also work with Icon’s reputation division, assisting with crisis management and media training.

MUMBAI — Aegon Life, Digital India’s life insurance company, has hired Divya Tejnani as AVP, marketing and communications. Tejnani will lead PR and communications for the brand on external and internal forums, reporting to head of marketing Akhil Almeida. Before joining Aegon Life, Tejnani was a group account head at Perfect Relations, where she spent 10 years leading PR mandates for many banking, financial services and insurance brands. She worked with Ketchum Sampark for two years before joining Perfect Relations.
