TOKYO — Dentsu Public Relations is merging with K&D Consulting to boost its risk management capabilities. Both companies are Dentsu Japan Network agencies. Effective September 1, K&D will be absorbed into Dentsu PR.

SHANGHAI — Golin has expanded its China operations, with the launch of an integrated marketing communications offering to be led by newly-appointed Zita Wang. Rooted in data intelligence and designed to create cultural movements that drive brand conversion along the customer journey, a critical capability in China, the new offering underlines Golin’s commitment to enhancing digital services in this area. DELHI — Footprint Global Communications has appointed senior journalist Ramananda Sengupta as director for strategic communications.
