SINGAPORE — Distilleri has named Jian Yang (pictured) as head of strategy, with a core remit of expanding the firm’s capabilities by expanding business and communications offerings. His responsibilities will include providing strategic leadership on all existing businesses and business development. His previous appointments include leadership positions at SPRG, OMD and PHD.

TOKYO — Weber Shandwick has named Campbell Hanley and Juny Lee as managing directors of the agency’s operations in Japan and Korea respectively. Hanley and Lee most recently served as general managers for those offices. In their new roles, both will oversee the strategic direction, P&L and overall growth of the agency in their markets, as well as drive innovation and creativity.

SINGAPORE — Hill+Knowlton Strategies has appointed key senior hires strengthening its regional hub capabilities in Singapore. Jason Cheang has been appointed as director of integrated communications. Prior to joining H+K, he was the head of digital, Asia-Pacific & Japan for the Metia Group. The agency has also appointed Vylvianne Devajothi as regional PR services lead. She previously led integrated communications for corporate clients across PR and social at Havas Singapore.

SINGAPORE — Accela PR has added Meat & Livestock Australia, a producer-owned company that does marketing, research and development services for Australian beef, lamb and goat producers. Accela will work with MLA on building awareness of the core attributes of the Australian red meat industry and drive preference for Australian red meat.
