TOKYO — Genesis Healthcare Co., a Japanese genetic testing and research company, has named Michel Mommejat chief marketing officer. Most recently, Mommejat served as managing director for digital, data and technology at McCann Worldgroup in Japan, driving the digital transformation of the group and its portfolio of clients. Previous roles include regional leadership roles at FleishmanHillard and Wunderman’s Singapore offices.

HONG KONG — The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) has named Sinclair as agency partner to drive communications strategy for Sustainable Seafood Week 2018. Sinclair will activate a 360-degree strategy to engage key stakeholders as well as the wider Hong Kong public in a meaningful conversation around the importance of sustainable seafood practices, as well as raising awareness of the current state of our oceans. Funded by the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Sustainable Development Fund, the week-long, citywide event will see participating hotels, restaurants and retailers promote sustainable seafood by rolling out ocean-friendly menus.

SYDNEY — Hill+Knowlton Strategies Australia is looking for a managing director following the resignation of Penelope Holloway. Holloway, who has been with the agency since 2010, is leaving H+K in August to relocate with her family to the North Coast of New South Wales.  She first joined the agency as head of consumer and was promoted to MD in 2014.

PYRMONT, NSW — Horizon Communications Group has added new clients and been reupped for a multi-year engagement with the Australian Electoral Commission. Other government clients include NSW Environment Protection Authority for its Love Food Hate Waste, which aims to educate households, communities and businesses on how to stop wasting food and protect the environment.
