NEW DELHI — Shire has appointed First Partners as its public relations consultant for India. First Partners’ PR mandate includes supporting corporate and brand communication initiatives across all Shire offerings in India. The business was previously handled by Weber Shandwick.

SYDNEY — WPP AUNZ has appointed Sunita Gloster to the newly created role of chief customer officer as part of its growth agenda in Australia and New Zealand. Gloster joins from PwC’s CMO advisory practice where she had been a director and advisory board member since its inception. Prior roles include chief commercial & strategy officer for Network Ten, and notably the industry-shaping CEO of the Australian Association of National Advertisers.
