SYDNEY—Text100 Australia has named Karen Coleman as managing director, with Simon Fitzgerald replacing her as VP of integrated marketing. Coleman previously ran sister marcoms and digital agency Bite before its merger with Text100 in 2014, while Fitzgerald’s eight years at Text100 has seen him lead some of the agency’s biggest accounts across content, social and digital disciplines. Senior director Terry Whitaker rounds out the leadership team, joining Text100 from his previous role as head of marketing & communications for Major League Baseball in Australasia.

HONG KONG—Burson-Marsteller has appointed Noëlle Gahan as managing director, supporting the global Huawei business as deputy key client relationship leader. Gahan has more than 25 years of marketing experience in China and Hong Kong, with leading technology multinationals including Cisco, Tektronix and Hewlett Packard, where she has held senior in-house roles responsible for strategic planning, product marketing, marketing communications and building partnerships.

NEW DELHI—Snapdeal, an online marketplace, has appointed Parul Batra as vice president, corporate communications. Previously part of the founding team of Google in India, Batra most recently led consumer PR for Google across its search, maps, android and apps business sectors. Prior to her time at Google, she spent seven years with NDtv as a journalist and senior content manager.
