SHANGHAI — Ketchum has appointed Eddi Yang as chief client and operating officer for China. Yang (pictured) rejoins Ketchum, where she worked from 2003-2009, with responsibility for business growth, client relationships and talent development. Yang joins Ketchum from MSL’s Beijing office, where she was responsible for driving business growth, providing strategic counsel to global clients, and leading employee engagement and talent retention.

BANGALORE — The Mavericks India has been awarded the integrated communications mandate for early-stage fund, Stellaris Venture Partners. As one among the top early-stage tech focused funds in the country, Stellaris recently announced the launch of its second fund of $225 million. The fund has backed many market movers including Whatfix, Mamaearth, Slintel (recently acquired by US-based unicorn, 6Sense), mFine and Propelld to name a few.

SINGAPORE — The Hoffman Agency has been appointed as #BuySingLit’s official PR, media and creative agency partner. The agency will be strategising and overseeing #BuySingLit’s rebranding from a two-weekend campaign to a year-long programme, including branding, creative guidelines, marketing activations and counsel on media placement.
