HONG KONG — Hill+Knowlton Strategies has named Angela Kung and Madison Wai co-general managers of the firm’s Hong Kong office. Kung and Wai (pictured) are charged with leading the firm’s business development and operations in Hong Kong. At the same time, H+K promoted Kung to VP of financial communications and Wai to VP of corporate communications. Kung has more than 20 years' experience in advertising, brand building, media communications and event management. Wai also has more than 20 years' experience in Hong Kong and neighbouring regional markets specialising in corporate communications, content strategy and publishing, executive profiling, training for spokespersons, B2B marketing, thought leadership and regional marketing campaigns.

SINGAPORE — Redhill has hired Farah Zuber as senior director, a move in line with the agency’s commitment to accelerate growth in the region. Zuber is responsible for growing Redhill’s operations in Malaysia, focusing on business development and client acquisition. Additionally, she supports the agency’s leadership team at its Singapore headquarters, particularly in the areas of technology and finance. Zuber has been in the public relations industry for over 12 years, specialising in integrated strategic communications and brand reputation development and management.

SINGAPORE — Corporate affairs and public policy consultancy Speyside Group has promoted Tommy Mulianta to associate director of its Indonesia team. Mulianta has been with Speyside for three years, joining as a senior consultant in 2019. As associate director, he will continue to advise on government relations and public affairs strategy for multinationals, while also focusing on driving new business in the market across key sectors including healthcare, technology and the sustainability space. Prior to joining Speyside, Mulianta spent several years with the ASEAN Secretariat. He also previously worked for the Organda Central Board, Indonesia’s land transport industry association.
