SINGAPORE - Strategic advisory firm Emergent has named Dr Barbara Stelzner as its new senior advisor at Emergent. Stelzner is a seasoned communications and public affairs leader with over three decades of experience guiding global companies through periods of transformation, growth, and disruption. Stelzner began her professional journey as a journalist with global broadcasters including the BBC, Sky News, and CNBC. She then spent over seven years leading DJI’s communications team in Europe, during a period of extraordinary growth. At DJI, she also served as the global head for crisis communications and issues management, helping to shape the company’s reputation in the face of complex regulatory, public perception, and geopolitical challenges.

Samsung Electronics Singapore Nabs Lynn Chong As Head Of Marketing


SINGAPORE -  Samsung Electronics Singapore has named Lynn Chong as its new head of marketing. In her new role, Chong will oversee a cross functional team and be responsible for overall marketing and communications efforts for the brand’s mobile and consumer electronics divisions in Singapore. This will include integrated marketing communications, media, social, digital, communications and brand partnerships efforts. Chong was previously head of brand marketing for Samsung Electronics Singapore’s Mobile eXperience division for over four years, which included overseeing overall marketing efforts for the brand’s Galaxy portfolio.
