NEW YORK — Astrsk PR has promoted chief strategy officer Lisa Horton to president.

In the newly created role, Horton will have the full range of responsibilities including hiring, fostering new business and delivering top-tier client work.

Horton will work with founder Elliot Tomaeno, who will continue in his role as CEO and maintain his involvement in key accounts, new business pursuits, high-level strategy and creative advisement.

Horton has been with Astrsk for nearly seven years, during which she has helped oversee the agency’s multiple practice areas, hiring, internal employee development, new business and client success, as well as the creation of the agency’s annual Pro Bono contest. The agency’s clients include Match Group’s Archer, Lemonade, Prime Video, PlayVS, Misfits Market, Nutrafol and Lightricks.
