SINGAPORE — BCW and its clients have received more nominations for the 2020 Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards than any other firm, with 26 finalists in the Gold and Diamond categories, which recognize the best public relations campaigns of the past 18 months.

BCW's haul, which includes Indian operation Genesis BCW, put it ahead of Edelman, which notched up 19 finalists. Japan's Dentsu scored 17, ahead of FleishmanHillard (16), Ogilvy and Australian firm Campaign Lab with 14 each, and MNC networks Weber Shandwick (13), and Ruder Finn (12).

Other firms with multiple finalists include BlueFocus Digital and Innocean Worldwide (8), Archetype (7), AKA Asia, PageOne and Kiwi Communications (6), and Allison+Partners, H+K Strategies, MSL and WordsWork (5 each).

The winners will be announced at the annual SABRE Awards ceremony, which will take place virtually on September 24. Tickets for the awards dinner—as well as the accompanying Asia-Pacific Communications Summit—are available here.

A complete list of Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards finalists can be found here, determined by more than 60 jurors.

Winners of the IN2 SABRE Awards categories will be posted online later this week, while Agency of the Year finalists and Agencies of the Decade were revealed last week.
