SINGAPORE — BCW and its clients have received more nominations for the 2021 Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards than any other firm, with 26 finalists in the Gold and Diamond categories, which recognize the best public relations campaigns of the past 18 months.

BCW's haul, which includes Indian operation Genesis BCW, put it ahead of perennial Japanese powerhouse Dentsu, which racked up 23 finalists. Edelman, Ruder Finn, and ERA scored 19 nominations each, ahead of Ogilvy (16).

Other firms with multiple finalists include BlueFocus Digital (11), Golin, H+K Strategies, Icon, Prain Global and Weber Shandwick (9 each), Current Global and the Hoffman Agency (8 each), FleishmanHillard (7),  and Sling & Stone (6).

The winners will be announced at the annual SABRE Awards ceremony, which will take place virtually on September 15. Tickets for the awards ceremony — as well as the accompanying hybrid PRovoke Asia-Pacific Summit — are available here.

A complete list of Asia-Pacific SABRE Awards finalists can be found here, determined by more than 68 jurors, who judged remotely and in virtual group sessions to determine finalists and winners.

Winners of the IN2 SABRE Awards categories will be posted online later this week, while Agency of the Year finalists and Best Agencies to Work For will also be revealed later this week.
