LONDON — BCW UK has appointed Emma Reynolds as managing director of its healthcare business, in her return to the agency after a spell at Real Chemistry.

Reynolds originally joined BCW (then Cohn & Wolfe) as a senior account executive in 2015, rising to digital health director before leaving to join healthcare specialist Real Chemistry in 2021 as senior group director. At Real Chemistry she was responsible for building a team of integrated communications specialists, ensuring digital was integrated into campaigns, as well as developing thought leadership and digital opinion leader work.

In her new role, Reynolds will lead the BCW UK healthcare business in partnership with group managing director Tamsin Tierney, who said: “Emma is like no one else; her, drive, her energy and her in-depth understanding of the industry is unique. Key to her success is her ability to help clients push boundaries and deliver innovation that truly makes a difference to healthcare professionals and patients.”
